Is doubling the price reasonable in a sport that’s growing considerably?
Are there sone impressive upgrades with that?

Err, yes. They release new features all the time. Off the top of my head recently:
- Distance from your lie to pin on smart watches.
- Round Ratings
- When the price increased, the capabilities of the free account got better as well
- Course filter updates
- Leaderboard updates to only show one score per person
Software development is expensive. Hosting is expensive. Maintain a massive database is expensive.

While impressive, a 100% increase seems steep given the increase in users of the app, which may keep users at the free version.
